Neverland Labrador Retrievers Application Questionnaire for Puppy Adoption

 Prospective Owners Questionnaire

After years of successfully raising, exhibiting and loving Labradors - first under the Copperstone prefix, and now in our newly merged form at Neverland,  we have formulated the following application questions to help us to gain some insight into new applicant pet-rearing philosophies, the environment they can provide and their level of dedication to having their dog become a fully integrated family companion. After meeting some wonderful people who have gone on to become caretakers of our beloved puppies, and recording a remarkably low number of dogs we have placed who are later in need of alternate re-home, we feel confident that this tool is a wonderful aid in helping bring pets and families together in a lifelong commitment.

We take very seriously the responsibility of placing our puppies in the most loving and nurturing homes possible. All answers will be considered a binding part of your contract with Neverland Kennels should you be extended an offer of reservation on a pup from an upcoming litter.  NOTE: The completion of the application process does not guarantee placement of a pup from our program.

Thank you in advance for your candor!  John and Lisa look forward to speaking with you soon!
